number ready. For on-line order tracking, you will need to enter
a password at the end of the order entry process. You can then
login to RIDGIDParts.com as a registered user using your
e-mail address and password. To review your current account
RIDGID is committed to protecting your privacy. Please read our

for our use to ship your order and, on occasion, notify you of

All prices on RIDGIDParts.com are in U.S. dollars.
Delivery time for all orders is based on the UPS delivery schedule
from the Cambridge, OH shipping point to the customer's shipping address.
Air shipment orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST will ship the same day.
Ridge Tool Company makes every attempt to ship your order complete. However, sometimes our products may be temporarily out of stock. If you incur a backorder you may call Customer Service toll free at 1-888-743-4333 for a updated delivery date.
Removing Items from Your Shopping Cart
Prior to placing your order, should you decide you do not want a
particular item, simply change the quantity for that item to zero
and click "update line." The item will be removed from
your shopping cart.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipment method selected,
the weight of the package, and the customer's address. Orders
cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box or an APO address. NOTICE: For
orders shipped by UPS, the carrier authorizes you to use UPS tracking
systems solely to track shipments tendered by or for you to UPS for
delivery and for no other purpose. Any other use of UPS tracking systems
and information is strictly prohibited.
Sales tax will be computed and added to the orders shipping inside of
Ohio. Tax will not be assessed on orders shipping outside of Ohio.
At this time, orders can only be accepted for shipment to the
50 U.S. states.

Upon receipt of the returned goods to the address above, your
charge account will be credited for the purchase amount less a
15% restocking charge. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
