number ready. For on-line order tracking, you will need to enter

All prices on RIDGIDParts.com are in U.S. dollars.
Delivery Times
Delivery time for all orders is based on the FedEx delivery schedule
from the McAllen, Texas shipping point to the customer's shipping address.
Backorders
RIDGID makes every attempt to ship all orders complete. Should
a part you place in your shopping cart be out of stock, a message
will be displayed giving you the option to:
- place the order as is
- remove the out of stock item from your shopping cart
- cancel placement of the order altogether
Should you opt to place an order with an item that is out of stock,
your entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Parts Available Locally
You will see some parts flagged with an asterisk (*) or a plus sign
(+). An asterisk denotes that this item is a standard hardware item
available at most local hardware stores. A plus sign denotes that
the item is a RIDGID accessory available at your local Home Depot.
These parts are not available for purchase on-line.
Removing Items from Your Shopping Cart
Prior to placing your order, should you decide you do not want a
particular item, simply change the quantity for that item to zero
and click "update line." The item will be removed from
your shopping cart.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are $4.95 per order, for FedEx Ground
delivery only. FedEx
cannot ship to a Post Office Box or an APO address. NOTICE: FedEx
authorizes you to use FedEx tracking systems solely to track shipments
tendered by or for you to FedEx for delivery and for no other purpose.
Any other use of FedEx tracking systems and information is strictly
prohibited.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be computed and added to the order based on the
shipping address provided. For shipment to some states, you may
be required to specify in which county you reside so that sales
tax can be calculated.
International Orders
At this time, orders can only be accepted for shipment to the
50 U.S. states.
Return Policy
If for any reason, you need to return a purchase from
RIDGIDParts.com please call
1-800-4RIDGID or e-mail
Wet / Dry Vac Customer Support to request a return authorization
number.
NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED. RETURNED
MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNUSED AND WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED
WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
